I already have Allpacka business account, should I request a new one for Pactic?

No, Pactic is our new brand for business clients. There is no need to register again.

What is a Pactic Dashboard and why is it good for me?

On the Pactic Dashboard, you can record and manage the logistics tasks related to your orders in one place, and you can transfer your orders from several platforms to our several courier partners. Bulk label printing, cash on delivery, invoices are also available on our platform with one click.

For our contracted partners, we can provide the platform from Business Tariff Package, (minimum 25 packages per month) currently with the following integrations: ShopRenter, UNAS, Woocommerce, eMag, Shopify webshops, as well as individually developed sites.

I opened a business account, but I won’t start using it until next month, will this affect my discount?

No, we only start measuring your shipping volume from the first shipment you place.

Do the shipping rates include all the surcharges?

Yes, our shipping rates include nearly all the surcharges, for example Fuel, road tolls, customs clearance fees.

Do I have to start with no discount and work my way up?

No, we allocate the discount to your user profile as soon as we open your business account

I would like to request a face to face meeting with a sales agent, is this possible?

We normally only meet face to face with Enterprise customers, however if you believe you have special requirements that can’t be discussed over the phone, please contact us to request a personal meeting.

Can I create multiple users for one business account?

Yes, you can link as many email addresses as you want to your business account, but you will need to contact us to activate this free service.

Will I be notified if my shipping tariff changes?

Your tariff will be upgraded and downgraded automatically in the end of every month based on your 3 months average shipping volume. You will not be notified about upgrades and downgrades. You can always see which tariff is currently valid for your business, by visiting the Billing Address menu tab in your Pactic dashboard account, and the name of the domestic and international tariff applied to your account will be displayed under your invoice details.

My business is Seasonal, the automated discount allocation isn’t suitable for my business activity. Is there a solution for this?

Yes of course, please advise us on your business needs and we can set up your account accordingly.

My business is not based in Hungary/Romania, can I still apply for a business account?

You can still apply for a business account and will receive discounts, but we will be unable to offer you payment terms.

I’m just starting my business, and I don’t know how many shipments I will have, will I still qualify for a business account?

We would recommend you create a standard Fürgefutár.hu account and simply pay-as-you-go until the number of shipments you have are either more than 10 domestic shipments or more than 1 international shipment per month. When you are confident that you can maintain this shipping volume you can apply for a business account.

What is the frequency of COD transfers?

COD amounts are transferred every day. Formally COD amounts have to be transferred in 8 working days following the delivery date however on average COD amounts should arrive in your bank account 3 – 4 days following the delivery of the parcel(s) to the consignee.

How often will I receive invoices?

If you qualify for payment terms, you will receive an invoice every two weeks.

Hazardous materials:

explosives, detonators, flammable materials, toxic or corrosive substances, radioactive materials, infectious or potentially infectious materials, human exposure to drugs or any other substances that may have adverse effect on other consignments

All other objects that could conceivably endanger human life, the courier or staff of the courier company, then environment, public safety, public security.

Our partners’ couriers may refuse to pick up a package in the following instances:

Improperly packaged goods

Bagged items

Items banded or tied together

Perishable, infectious goods

Liquids or easily deliquescent materials

Consignments addressed to P.O. Boxes

Luggage or suitcases that are not wrapped in industrial foil

Temperature sensitive products

Improperly packed consignments containing liquids

Conditions:

Only strong, unused cardboard boxes should be used and any empty space should be filled with appropriate filling materials like polystyrene chips.

Photographs should be sent to Pactic so that confirmation can be given from the courier as to the suitability of the packaging.

Confirmation that the packaging is suitable does not constitute acceptance of liability should the contents of the package be damaged durng transit. Items shipped under the senders own risk will not be reimbursed in case the items is damaged or lost during transit.

Are there any size restrictions when sending a parcel?

The maximum weight of a single parcel is 70 kilograms. And the maximum length of a parcel is 270 centimeters.

What is the volumentric or billable weight?

We calculate the delivery price based on which ever is larger; the physical weight of the parcel, or the volumetric weight of the parcel. So if your parcel has a physical weight of 2kg, but is very big and the volumetric weight is calculated at 10kg then the offers you receive will be based on the 10kg weight.

When you choose a delivery service, we’ll show you the volumetric weight measurement in the summary box on the right hand side.

What is the cross-border service?

Consolidated cross-border delivery, within which you can deliver packages within the EU at a competitive price and with a favorable delivery time, and easy return handling.

From how many packages is the cross-border services available?

It requires a minimum of 100 international packages per month.
