PACTIC Group, a major player in cross-border parcel delivery in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of an 80% stake in the company by SAMEDAY Hungary, a leading logistics provider in the region. The transaction was finalized on August 15, 2024, marking a significant milestone in the growth strategies of both companies.

PACTIC Group and the SAMEDAY Group share a common mission: enabling seamless, borderless parcel delivery in CEE. This acquisition will significantly strengthen the market position for both Pactic and the SAMEDAY Group, enhancing their ability to serve customers across Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and other European countries.

Strategic Advantages of the Acquisition

With SAMEDAY’s robust home delivery and out-of-home delivery network, PACTIC will now offer an expanded range of services, including the ability to pick up parcels directly from clients' premises in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. This development represents a significant upgrade in service offerings and is expected to drive further growth for both companies.
