Holiday schedule 2025: Warehouse & customer service availability

As we approach the festive season, we would like to keep all Pactic partners and customers informed about our upcoming holiday operating schedule. To ensure smooth planning for your shipments, returns, and customer service requests, please review the closure dates for our Hungarian and Romanian operations below.

Hungary – Holiday closures

Our Hungarian warehouse and customer service will follow the schedule below:

December 24–28 – Closed

December 29–31 – Operating as usual (normal schedule)

January 1–4 – Closed

January 5, 2026 – First working day, normal operations resume

During these days, order processing, dispatching, and customer support will be paused. Operations will resume on the next business day following each closure period.

Romania – Holiday closures

Our Romanian warehouse and customer service will observe the following holiday schedule:

December 1 – National Holiday

December 25–28 – Closed

December 29–31 – Operating as usual (normal schedule)

January 1–4 – Closed

January 6–7 – Closed

As with our HU operations, all processing and support activities will be temporarily on hold during these periods.

What this means for you

Orders placed right before or during these dates may experience slight delays.

Service tickets will be handled once our teams return.

We recommend scheduling shipments ahead of time to avoid holiday congestion.
