New function available on the Pactic dashboard - Wrong address status notification

One of the many reasons why a package can not be delivered by the courier is because the address of the consignee was wrongly provided. This can cause several issues for both the e-tailer, because he needs to pay for the shipment of an undelivered package and also the customer because he will never receive what he ordered. To avoid such inconveniences we developed a new function on Pactic dashboard which will help e-tailers get their package in time to their customers. This function is called: Wrong address status notification

If you would like to enable it you have to follow the below simple steps:

- Log in to Pactic dashboard and click on your profile (the name under your profile picture)

- In your profile setting go to 'newsletter' section

- Thick the box next to 'notification about wrong address statuses'

- Click on the 'add new e-mail' option and provide an e-mail address where you would like to receive these daily notifications

- Click on the 'save' button
